An exciting and rare opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic individual to join the Corporate Applications team based in Emerald QLD.  To find out more about the Central Highlands Region, watch the  Work, Play, Discover the Central Highlands video.

In this role you will support the organisation through our enterprise application TechnologyOne CiA OneCouncil.  The ideal candidate would have a broad knowledge of applications within TechnologyOne and have the ability to quickly become an expert in specific suites.

You will work within a dedicated and supportive team and will have the opportunity to continue to develop your existing skill set.

You will support the organisation by:

  • Responding to and resolving customer incident and service requests
  • Developing complex business reports
  • Enhancing business workflows via ETL, BPA and modifying DocOne templates
  • Developing test plans and implementing system upgrades
  • Proactively providing continuous improvement of council’s corporate systems and processes

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Qualification in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • QLD Drivers Licence
