$62,244 pa + super The Wangaratta Sports & Aquatic Centre is growing and we are looking for passionate Customer Experience Team Leader to provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests. Customer focus, relationship building, and customer satisfaction are your #1 priorities. You will be experienced in leading a team to deliver a professional, warm & welcoming experience at the Centre. A diploma in sports, leisure, recreation or hospitality management or other relevant discipline will seal the deal but not mandatory. If you have exceptional customer service skills, a can do attitude and a passion for community health and wellbeing we want to hear from you. Shifts include early starts, late finishes and weekends.
