This role is responsible for creating and delivering a range of arts projects and programs that increase the communities' sense of place and participation in arts activities by developing and celebrating the Historical Culture of the Shire of Mitchell as well as Local Artist communities and Local Artist Societies. 

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in arts, culture or heritage development and an ability to support community based organisations. You will also have project management experience and the capability to liaise, facilitate and stimulate community driven arts and cultural development.
