Senior Duty Officer - Customer Service

  • Management of a high volume customer service team.
  • Being an ambassador for the Leisure Centres, our Programs and Services.
  • Mentoring and coaching staff members – promoting their development and ensuring training needs are met.
  • Creating a safe and welcoming environment for staff and clientele.

Things You’ll Do:

  • Leading the customer service team to ensure efficient and effective operation of Front Reception, Memberships, Kiosk and Swim Shop.
  • Supervise and train customer service staff in their respective roles and responsibilities.
  • Prepare and manage staff rostering and develop, implement and evaluate administrative procedures for all Leisure Centres ensuring the efficient operation of administrative functions.
  • Supervise and manage financial transaction reconciliations ensuring accurate records are maintained.

  • Package: $67,914 gross p.a. (paid pro rata) plus superannuation.
  • Hours of work: 1 x Permanent full time opportunity (38 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday) and 1 x Temporary part time opportunity, up to 6 months (22.5 hours per week, Thursday to Saturday) to work across our three centres.
