We have a great opportunity for a motivated IT Technical Support Officer to assist with the delivery of quality IT systems to support the business across multiple locations, platforms and technologies.
About the Role In this role you will provide guidance and support to ensure your team receive and action IT service desk queries efficiently and work to enhance the quality of service to end users and achieve service level agreements. To be successful in this role you will be confident with building and maintaining effective relationships with the business and key stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs. This role requires someone who is customer service focused with a proven ability to action and resolve service inquiries within timeframes. You are a strong communicator who is able to competently manage multiple conflicting and concurrent priorities to ensure deadlines are met. About You We are looking for someone who has;
