Are you passionate about delivering high quality customer service and have leadership skills and experience?

The Team Leader Visitor Services leads our Visitor Services team and plays a key role in implementation of Council’s Visitor Services Strategy and promotion of the region.

We are seeking an enthusiastic person with a strong understanding of tourism and visitor services and highly developed skills in managing time, implementing programs and services and leading teams to achieve organisational goals.

The successful applicant for this position will be required to work across all our Visitor Services worksite locations (currently, Cobram, Numurkah and Nathalia) and may be required to work some weekends in line with roster arrangements. A current Driver’s Licence is also essential.
