Agreements Delivery OfficerLiverpool is fast becoming Sydney’s third CBD as the Gateway City to Western Sydney Airport and is experiencing rapid change and growth. Nearly 100 new residents are arriving every week. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our new City Planning team as the Agreements Delivery Officer. You will be working as a part of the Contributions Planning team that oversee the delivery of infrastructure required as a part of the development process. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, administration and monitoring of planning agreements and works in kind agreements between Council and developers for the provision of local infrastructure to support development. At present, Council has over $40m worth of infrastructure being delivered via planning agreements and ongoing negotiation for an additional $50m in infrastructure. Reporting to the Coordinator Contributions Planning, you will be working on some of the most exciting and challenging infrastructure delivery projects in Liverpool. Leading Council’s management of Planning Agreements, you will be responsible for negotiating on behalf of council and ensuring that all parties comply with their obligations within these agreements. To be considered for this role, you must have relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in contracts administration, project management, town planning or other related disciplines.
