Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking multiple Plant Operator / Labourers to join the team located in Springsure. As a member of council’s Infrastructure and Utilities team, this position is responsible for performing a range of labouring duties and small plant operation tasks, to assist in the completion and maintenance of road and town facilities.

In these exciting roles, you will be a valued member of a well-established team and have the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive environment.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to possess:

  • Ability to be flexible with operating a range of small plant equipment and carry out various labouring tasks
  • Current Queensland Drivers Licence
  • Construction White Card

Having the following licences/tickets are not essential, but would be beneficial:

  • Statement of Attainment or tickets for various small plant equipment
  • HR Vehicle Licence
  • Traffic Controller Ticket
