Venue Services Officer

Lighthouse Theatre is on the lookout for a Venue Services Officer to provide customer and client services to a wide range of patrons and venue users. This role will work in our ticket office, and also provide on-site support to our non-ticketed events including meetings and functions, and support the venue presentation and day to day operations.

No previous theatre experience is required, but applicants should have:

• Previous experience in events or function delivery
• Experience working with basic hospitality services
• Experience in use of computer POS systems or capacity to learn computer systems easily
• Good organisation skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
• Experience in managing customer expectations
• Capacity to move, setup & pack up event furniture regularly

This role will generally have regular weekday shifts, but these will vary from time to time and may require after hours or weekend shift work on occasion.

Salary Range:                    $58,094 to $61,209 p.a (pro-rata)
