Moonee Valley City Council’s Aged and Disability Department Moonee Valley City Council’s Aged and Disability Department provides a comprehensive range of support services, community linkage, advice and referral to assist residents who are either frail aged, have a disability or who are a primary carer, to remain connected and safe in their home and chosen communities. The services are vital to the quality of life enjoyed by individuals and families within Moonee Valley and operate as part of a wide-ranging service system involving the State and Federal Government, non-government and community-based organisations. The Opportunity This position will see you developing, implementing and evaluating Community Strengthening initiatives that aim to improve the livelihood of our community and their Carers, including action plans relating to the following:
You will also be responsible for developing, coordinating and evaluating groups and events which provide opportunities for Carer’s within our community. Skills & Experience
