This role is responsible for planning, scoping and prioritisation of infrastructure projects for inclusion in the 4-year capital works program as well as providing specialist Engineering advice and technical review of project delivery.

To be successful in this role you will have a tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or similar discipline with a minimum of five years relevant experience in civil engineering design works, especially in road and drainage designs. It is essential that you also have sound technical skills and computer literacy and extensive experience in the preparation of municipal civil engineering designs from concept to detailed phase, including specification details and cost estimates.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain an employee Working with Children Check prior to commencement. (This is now mandatory for ALL employees joining Council to meet Child Safe Standards of our Organisation)
