Manager – Community Planning & Projects

Council is seeking a highly experienced community planning and projects manager to plan for, and deliver, social infrastructure (strategic community asset planning and development) that meets the needs and desires of the community and the objectives of Council.
In this position you will provide strategic leadership to the organisation, ensuring that Council has the necessary capacity, capability and processes in place to achieve an effective service to the community and employees.
To be successful in this role you will have exceptional leadership skills at a senior management level, with extensive experience in leading and developing teams and managing transformation and change management programs.
