Council is now seeking a suitably experienced and qualified senior executive to take on the role of Director Corporate and Community Development of the Council organisation. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, management and provision of all corporate administrative functions of Council.
You will also be responsible for the delivery of Service NSW functions and oversight and assistance with the management of the Council owned and operated Bidgee Haven Retirement Hostel.
This role is critical in supporting the organisation’s operational areas to deliver quality services to both internal and external stakeholders in an efficient and effective manner. Your qualifications in business, finance or related field will compliment your experience and track record of success in a similar role.
You will be seen as an inclusive and inspirational leader and manager, a highly skilled communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills, a team player with a pragmatic approach to ‘making it happen’.
