About the role:
Sarina Sugar Shed is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Operations Supervisor to ensure the Sarina Sugar Shed Front of House operation is presented as an immaculate and inspiring venue.
About the opportunity:
The Operations Supervisor will provide duty management of the retail and café operations, liaise with suppliers, and ensure a timely and smooth response to all tour and retail enquiries including group bookings. The Operations Supervisor will provide administrative support to the Coordinator and Distiller and support tour guides and volunteers as required.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in retail operations, tour bookings and food and beverage preparation, preferably in a hotel, tourism or visitor centre environment.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management and stock ordering.
- Demonstrated experience supervising a team.
- Current QLD First Aid Certificate.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Current QLD ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence.
