About the Role

Based in Miles, you will be responsible for undertaking Plant Operator works with Council's maintenance and construction crews.

Reporting to the Works Supervisor, you will:

• Provide a high standard of skill of operating skills on civil construction and maintenance plant and other equipment; and
• Have demonstrated previous experience in the operation of plant and machinery.

About you

The successful applicant will have:

• a minimum HR (Heavy Rigid) Drivers Licence, or willingness to obtain on commencement;
• a Construction Induction White Card;
• a strong awareness of relevant safety standards and requirements;
• good time management skills and the capability to complete allocated tasks while working within a team; and
• be physically fit and enjoy manual labour.
