Location: Emerald 

Term:  Full Time

Salary: $70,029.96 – $81,272.99 + superannuation (Stream A Level 3-4)

To be considered for this Recruitment Officer position, you’ll need to possess: 

• Exceptional customer service skills with an “above and beyond” attitude 
• An ability to deliver advice or solutions to internal and external stakeholders 
• Confidence in establishing your credibility with others 
• Proven ability to navigate difficult conversations in a professional manner 
• Able to interpret, analyse and understand technical or legislative information 
• Intermediate software and cloud based system skills 
• Exceptional attention to detail whilst working to deadlines in a high volume environment
