This role is responsible for the management of Council's property database including supplementary valuation processing, street addressing and revenue/rating administration. To be successful in this role you will have an excellent eye for detail, be outcomes focused and have a good working knowledge of municipal property and rating processes and/or knowledge of valuation procedures. You will need to be able to analyse large amounts of data and while working within an experienced team, be able to prioritise your own work load. The successful applicant will be required to obtain an employee Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
