Invercargill City Council are seeking an experienced and motivated HR practitioner to join our existing People and Capability team. Reporting to the Manager - People and Capability, you will hit the ground running in this fast-paced and varied position partnering with our people leaders across the organisation delivering best practice and outcomes-focused HR solutions. With a relevant tertiary qualification or significant relevant experience working as a generalist HR practitioner, your knowledge and expertise will shine as you build rapport and actively provide specialist advice, support and coaching through various People and Capability functions including recruitment and selection, induction, performance management, employee relations and employment conditions.
