The Opportunity

The Goulburn Leisure and Aquatic Centre (GLAC) is the newest Aquatic and leisure centre in regional NSW. The centre will feature a range of facilities for competitive swimming, leisure, general community use and major regional events, including an eight-lane 25-metre indoor swimming pool, program pool, Hydrotherapy pool, splash pad, Gymnasium and Café.

The Role

As the Aquatic Programs Coordinator, you will manage and lead the Aquatic Programs team and ensure that the delivery of the programs and services meets agreed standards. You will lead, inspire, and motivate these teams through clear and achievable team goals and ensure high standards of implementation of Policies and Procedures.

To be successful you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating Learn to Swim and other recreational programs
  • A current AustSwim and First Aid Certificate
  • Well-developed supervisory and communication skills

The Rewards
