Invercargill City Council are seeking an efficient and motivated administrator to join our existing People and Capability team on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Manager - People and Capability, this newly created position entails high-quality day-to-day administrative support to the wider People and Capability team including scanning, document management, recruitment support, data entry, reporting, and training and development support. To succeed in this position, you will have a minimum of two years demonstrated administration experience, excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, and be self-motivated and extremely well organised. We are looking for a team player, someone who likes to have a laugh but also holds an outstanding work ethic and commitment to confidentiality and discretion. Your proactive approach, good level of energy and willingness to help out where needed will be crucial to your success in this role.
