Wellness and Support Officer



We are looking for Wellness and Support Officers to support the delivery of Home Support Services in the City of Greater Bendigo.

As a Wellness and Support Officer you will provide support to the Home Support Team Leaders to ensure the provision of a quality service in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

The focus of this role is planning and rostering services for clients receiving services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program. The successful applicant will be required to be competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn other computer software.

You will be required to support the Home Support Workers to successfully perform their allocated duties, attend client reviews and safety checks and participate in the Aged Care After Hours on call service.

Knowledge and experience in Aged Care Services would be an advantage.

A satisfactory police record check and VicRoads confidentiality agreement is required for this position.
