The Lilliane Brady Village, is a 44-bed residential aged care facility in far western NSW, owned and operated by Cobar Shire Council. Our ideal candidate will be a Personal Carer who is compassionate and experienced in working with older people in need of support for their personal care needs. You will deliver outstanding care by providing daily living assistance such as showering, personal hygiene, whilst ensuring the residents’ independence, choice, dignity and rights are maintained. The Position This position is classified as a Personal Carer ($23.03 + allowances) in accordance with the Local Government, Aged, Disability and Home Care (State) Award, working up to 70 hours a fortnight, plus relief of other staff as required.
