About the Role

The Traffic Engineer works in a small specialist team responsible for traffic and road safety related investigations and for recommending solutions that address the problems.

The salary for this position is $86,204.56 to $99,997.04 per annum+super and leaseback vehicle, dependent on skills, experience and qualifications.

About You

You will demonstrate high level of organisational skills and lead by example. 

Have an open and collaborative approach to the achievement of organisational objectives through demonstrating leadership.

Be committed to achieving the commitment of staff and customers both internal and external.

You will lead the entire team of reports through engagement and discussion of expectations. 

Provide an innovative and facilitative approach to opportunities through situational management to ensure a consultative approach to the Coordinators leadership.
You will be required to build positive relationships with staff and management at all levels. Achieve expectations, and ensure that the internal and external communication of those expectations are bound by high levels of professionalism and discretion.
