About the Role
The Coordinator Human Resources contributes to the development and implementation of a range of human resource strategic solutions, and provides timely, high level and diverse support and advice to managers and staff to meet the organisational objectives to build a capable and motivated workforce
The salary for this position is $ 1,657.78 up to $1923.02 dependent on skills, experience and qualifications.
About You
You will hold a Bachelor qualification in Human Resources Management or Business Management with 3-5 years experience in a human resources management role. You will have the ability to identify and assist in the development and implementation of best practice workforce strategies, policies and processes that are consistent with Councils Workforce Management Plan 2017-21 and yearly Organisational Development Business Plan.
You will have experience in providing expert advice to managers and staff to develop awareness of HR policies, to promote compliance and facilitate best practice outcomes and mitigate risk. you will demonstrate experience in the development and delivery of high quality workforce reports and analytics to assist executive and senior management to identify trends and issues which inform the workforce and management of related decisions.
You will have outstanding interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to consult effectively with key stakeholders and sound written communication skills combined with the proven ability to prepare complex briefs, reports and submissions. Be able to identify and deliver human resources initiatives in partnership with the Group Manager Organisational Development to build organisational performance which supports people and business objectives.
