Human Resources Business Partner


About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Organisational Development Team as a Human Resources Business Partner.
Are you an experienced Human Resources Personnel, have a passion for Organisational Development or studying Human Resources at a Diploma level or above, then this opportunity is for you!

The Human Resources Business Partner will provide best practice human resources services and support to management and staff. They will be expected to develop strong working relationships with Managers in their portfolio and develop an understanding of the business, Council's Operational Business Plan and Workforce Management Plan.
The Human Resources Business Partners will be designated specialist HR projects aligned to Council's Organisational Development Branch Business Plan to support organisational performance and continuous improvement.

The salary for this position is $70,373.68- $81,633.24 dependent on skills, experience and qualifications.

About You

The Human Resources Business Partner will be approachable and can provide appropriate advice on various subject matters of their expertise and management influence.
Is customer service oriented, keeping the customer as the focal point of all activities and actively strives to accommodate customer's needs and concerns.
Models and promotes Council's Values and Vision, strategic direction and strives for continuous improvement.
Demonstrates an ability to work within, manage resources and promote a team environment to achieve team and broader business objectives.
Demonstrates a proactive approach to workplace health and safety requirements as relevant to the work of the team.
Demonstrates drive and commitment to delivering high quality services to required standards.
