Employment status: Term Contract - Parental leave replacement from 27 January 2021 to 4 October 2021
Employment arrangement: Full Time (38 hours per week)
Location: Inner-City
Option to work under a 19 day month arrangement

We are a major provider of child care and we are seeking a qualified and experienced early childhood education and care professional to work in our approved services. The current vacancy is located at Hilda Booler Kindergarten.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • completed a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or other equivalent qualification (as approved by ACECQA)
  • have a current Working with Children Check Number that can be validated by the City
  • demonstrated experience and understanding of the National Quality Standards including contemporary curriculum frameworks
  • awareness and understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
  • experience working with children 0 -5 years in an early education and care centre
  • a current First Aid Certificate, Asthma Management Training Certificate and Anaphylaxis Training Certificate (as approved by ACECQA, please refer to their website for a full list of approved First Aid qualifications)
  • accredited by NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) to work as a teacher.
