ABOUT YOU Not sure what to do once you have completed Year 12? Council is seeking to appoint a Customer Service Trainee. The primary function of this Traineeship is to provide frontline reception and telephone services to residents and visitors to the Shire, assisting with general enquiries, processing payments and providing administrative support to the organisation. The successful candidate for this role will be eligible to undertake a Certificate III in Business Administration, and will have already completed Year 12 (VCE) or equivalent. Our ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic approach to work and their own professional development, they'll have great attention to detail, and strong computer skills. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you! To be eligible for a traineeship you must have completed year 12 or equivalent by end of 2020, and not hold any Certificate III level or above.
