- Deliver a consistent and continually improving customer experience.
- Support your colleagues across Childrens Services.
- Ensure service utilisation is maintained at the highest level at all times
- Ensure all income is collected and accounted for
- Showcase Council’s values in all that you do – Collaborate, Achieve, Respect, and Evolve.

- Hours of work: Temporary and Permanent opportunities available (part-time or full-time) working across a 7 day spread, Monday - Sunday.
