Financial Accountant

We are seeking an experienced financial accountant to add value to an exciting and dynamic team in delivering Council’s financial accounting requirements.  Responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of the annual financial statements, ensuring integrity of financial information, administration of Council’s loan portfolio and maximising the benefits of the financial systems functionality.

Your outstanding technical financial accounting skills from tertiary education and experience, along with your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a high performing team will be integral to your success in this role.

Total remuneration for the role is in the range $1,536.69 to $1,637.78 gross per week consisting of:

• $1,403.37 to $1,495.69 base salary,
• $133.32 to $142.09 superannuation (at 9.5%)
