Administration Officer Fulltime
Reporting to the Director of Corporate and Community Services, the successful applicant will assist in providing a wide range of administrative functions, with particular focus and responsibility in Records Management, Asset Management and Tenancy Management. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing internal files and all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring that all correspondence is disseminated to the correct staff and accurately recorded in Council’s Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS). It is expected that the incumbent will maintain an up to date and comprehensive knowledge of all relevant legislation, standards and practices relating to the management of public records.
