The role 

Reporting to the Director Development & Growth, this role will lead a diverse range of regulatory and compliance functions including Local Laws & Parking Enforcement, Environmental Health, Animal Shelter and MBS and Building Services. The function is a key point of contact for the community and you will further enhance a customer service centered approach in the context of modern regulatory practice. Leading a highly capable team of specialists you will oversight the changes which come from the current service reviews being conducted and also work closely with a range of stakeholders.  

 

About you 

A highly regarded leader in the regulation and compliance field, you have a proven track record of leading specialist teams in their respected areas. Passionate about customer service, you understand the risk based regulation approach and are committed to building a culture where innovation and continuous improvement is embraced. You pride yourself on your stakeholder management skills and political acumen and are excited by the opportunity to take this well regarded function to an industry leading new standard!
