About the role Clarence Valley Council is committed to making a positive difference to our community by putting customers at the centre of everything we do. We are seeking an energetic, motivated and enthusiastic Parking Officer to become part of our Regulatory Services Team based in Grafton. There is a permanent full time position available. You will work in a high-volume environment, where our focus is about making a positive difference by providing exceptional customer service. Your day will be varied and challenging and will require you to demonstrate your well-developed communication skills that will assist you with dealing with challenging situations. Your role will require you to ensure that parking regulations across the Clarence Valley are followed, particularly in the central business districts of Grafton, Maclean and Yamba. You will also be required to work closely with other members of the Regulatory Services Team, assisting with the enforcement of regulations and Council policies.
