The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join our Family & Children Services Department. Reporting to the Coordinator Planning, Policy and Advocacy, this position will see you responsible for the leadership and day-to-day management of resources that support the capacity building of early years professionals to deliver quality, inclusive programs, support vulnerable children and families and encourage families to participate and engage early with programs and activities that maximise quality outcomes for children. You will also support key projects that deliver on Council, State and Commonwealth initiatives and reforms that respond to and support the evolving needs of families in the community and the professionals that work with them.
