Kindergarten Teacher (Bachelor)

  • Kindergarten Teacher Full Time Permanent
  • Kindergarten Teacher Full Time Temporary
    • (Maternity Leave) until 17/12/21 with the possibility of extension
    • (Secondment Backfill) until 17/12/21 with the possibility of extension
  • Kindergarten Teacher Part Time Temporary 16.84 hrs p/w
    • (Maternity Leave) until 17/12/21 with the possibility of extension
    • (Secondment Backfill) until 17/12/21 with the possibility of extension

(Band 5 $70,608 - $82,058 PA + 9.5% Superannuation)

About the Role

Are you enthusiastic, passionate and committed to providing high quality education and care to children, their families and the community.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  • Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
  • Document children’s learning and development.
  • Actively working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

  • A completed Bachelor of Early (or working towards). Prior experience in long day-care/ kindergarten.
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
  • Current Working with Children's Check and Police Check
