Council is seeking to appoint a multi skilled, self-motivated individual who has a strong work ethic and is looking for a position which offers variety in their role. The Building & Grounds Maintenance Officer duties will include beautification of the grounds at the Lilliane Brady Village and general repairs and maintenance of their equipment and buildings.

To be successful in this position, you will have relevant building maintenance experience, ability to work efficiently and produce high quality outcomes with minimal supervision, a positive attitude and at a minimum an LR class driver’s license.

The Position:

This position is permanent part time and will be classified depending on the qualifications and experience of the applicant ($26.64 - $28.89hr) in accordance with the Local Government Aged, Disability and Home Care (State) Award, working 50 hours a fortnight (flexible roster).
