What we are looking for:

Are you a Civil Engineer specialising in Drainage?

Do you have an eye for detail, sound judgement skills with a natural leadership style and project management experience?

We are looking for a motivated and appropriately qualified individual with exceptional communication skills to lead Council’s Stormwater and Catchment team.

What you should have to apply:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (AQF Level 7 or above) or equivalent with a specialisation in drainage
  • Experience in Hydraulic Engineering particularly involving stormwater and waterway systems
  • Queensland Class “C” drivers’ licence

 

What’s nice to have:

  • Membership with RPEQ
  • Previous Local Government Experience
