This role is accountable for the management of Councils IT infrastructure and will coach and support the IT Service Desk team, thereby ensuring quality and responsiveness objectives of the team and its customers are met. The Coordinator will provide leadership and mentoring, promote a culture of continuous improvement along with a customer-centric service delivery model.
As the Coordinator you will be highly organised with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations. As a broad, conceptual thinker, your ability to improve processes and innovate to deliver outstanding technical solutions and service to our customers will see you succeed in this key role.
To be successful in securing this role, you will have a proven record of leading high performing teams with a customer focus and excellent relationship and people management skills, you will have an integrated approach to continuous improvement across all areas of the team, coaching, mentoring and developing staff to provide a service of excellence. You will understand the challenges and opportunities facing the Southern Grampians Shire community and local government and have a passion for making a difference.
