Senior Building Surveyor1 x Permanent Full Time - 35 hours, 5 days per week Location: 33 Moore Street, Liverpool This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the development of our growing community in a beautiful urban and rural environment. This opportunity has come up due to an internal promotion by the current position holder.
The diverse and challenging role will provide you with an opportunity to work in a mix of high rise urban, greenfield residential and rural situations. The role also provides assistance to the Coordinator in mentoring the Building and Compliance team. You will provide professional advice and process applications to meet statutory requirements in addition to carrying out the inspection and certification services of the Building and Compliance Team. You will also be required to communicate well in clarifying requirements and conveying information to a diverse client group. The successful applicant will have:-
