The City of Sydney has an exciting opportunity available for a facility manager to work as part of our friendly and professional Property Services Team.
You will be the City of Sydney's prime representative in matters relating to both operational facilities management and longer term asset management, with a focus on delivering superior asset life cycle cost & performance outcomes within the Commercial Property Portfolio.
To achieve superior asset performance, this role will develop and implement a best practice operational strategy and implementation plan to effectively manage the City's facilities management across all commercially owned and occupied property assets.
In collaboration with the outsourced Facility Management Services Provider, manage the provision of facilities management, including preventative, planned & reactive maintenance, sustainability programs, WHS compliance and risk management. Delivering against defined social and financial KPI's including budget management, sustainable performance and customer experience.
This role will provide subject matter expert advice across all facilities & asset management related matters, to external and internal stakeholders, including Development & Strategy, Sustainability, Property Services and Professional Services. Subject matter expertise in HVAC/Mechanical related disciplines is essential.
