About the Opportunity

At PMHC every employee plays a part in ensuring we work together to achieve positive outcomes for our Community.  To help us achieve this we require a pro-active, adaptive and innovative Development Contributions Planner to join our Strategy and Growth team.


Development Contributions plays an essential part in the development and improvement to essential infrastructure; on a typical day you will:

  • Provide specialist statutory and strategic planning services to the Council, its community and customers
  • Negotiate and implement planning agreements, works in kind agreements and contributions deferral deeds
  • Research the need for and identify the facilities and infrastructure required in development
  • Ensure compliance with Contributions Plans and associated agreements

Working pro-actively with the Development Contributions Coordinator and Group Manager you will have a strong attention to detail, a desire to drive change and you will have working knowledge of the development assessment process.

Remuneration

This is a full time, permanent role, with remuneration in the range of $89,742.20 - $101,700.00 per annum (depending on skills and experience), plus 9.5% superannuation.  The role is 35 hour a week, with access to Council’s Flexible Working Hours policy.
