Do you have a true passion for working alongside local families to achieve positive social change? Is your dream job to help improve outcomes for young children by supporting parents and caregivers? There is a vacancy in the City of Armadale's Aboriginal Development team for an Aboriginal Children and Families Officer to deliver programs for local children and families at the City's Champion Centre under the National Indigenous Australian's Agency's Indigenous Advancement Strategy (Children and Schooling).

The ideal candidate will have qualifications and/or experience in early childhood, Aboriginal development or similar disciplines. You will have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, group facilitation experience, ability to work well in a busy community centre and an attitude brimming with kindness, positivity and reciprocity.
