Location : Wyong Administration Building and Nexus Building - North Wyong

During your undergraduate period you will be given the opportunity to shadow our IT Professionals and Project Managers in their day-to-day roles.  You will receive ongoing coaching and support, whilst being able to gain valuable hands-on experience and exposure across a full range of IM&T roles.

What you'll get to experience as an undergraduate in this role:

  • Practical experience and exposure to providing exceptional IT support and Customer Service in a Service Centre answering calls, building devices and providing IT support;
  • A hands-on opportunity to apply knowledge from your studies in practical situations and projects to achieve professional outcomes;
  • A valuable opportunity to work across a broad range of functions and projects including IT Security and Risk, UX Design, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics and IT Projects;

What I need to apply for a role:

To apply for Council's Undergraduate Program you need to:

  • Be enrolled in both semesters or all trimesters of your final year or second to last year of University study in 2021 in the discipline of Information Management Technology, Cyber Security, Project Management, Business, Computer Science, Digital Design or related degree;
  • Have the ability to work 21 - 35 hours per week within business hours and balance with educational requirements;
  • Be willing to learn in a dynamic environment; and

Undergraduate roles provide a salary of $889.00 to $977.55 per week (pro rata part time), ($25.39 to $27.94 per hour) + Superannuation.
