A rewarding opportunity has presented itself for a dedicated and driven leader to join our high performance Organisational Development team.
The role will lead the OD team to ensure they deliver on its operational plan and is continuously working towards creating an effective organisation through collaborating with various stakeholders. This role will be accountable in driving our culture building, performance and capability development us achieve our strategic outcomes.
The salary range for this opportunity commences at $108,909 (Grade J, Step1) + 9.5% super

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and support the OD team to deliver on their objectives and goals.
- Embed the OD Business Partnering model across Council.
- Lead the development and delivery of various culture and organisational-wide projects and initiatives.
- Drive performance and growth plans through our performance appraisal process.
- Develop and implement key deliverables and projects from Council's Workforce Strategy and Unit's strategic plan.

You will have:
- Extensive knowledge and experience using various change management methodologies to lead and embed various initiatives and change management programs.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in leading and coaching a HR/OD team.
- Well-developed communication and facilitation skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in HRM/Organisational Development or related discipline and/or relevant experience.
- C Class drivers licence
