An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled professional to join Council to lead business improvement, partnering with staff to create an environment and culture that contributes to continuous improvement as an integral component of the Resourcing Strategy and to ensure the delivery of best value services to our community. 

The position is responsible for:

• Facilitating the identification, analysis and implementation of improvement initiatives as part of the annual, four and ten-year service business planning cycles.
• Building organisation-wide business improvement capability and skills through the provision of business process mapping and training, and business improvement advice. 
• Acting as Council’s ‘Chief Ideas Person’, to capture and support the progression of innovative ideas from across the organisation and identify opportunities to generate new and sustainable revenue streams.

• Are committed to continuous improvement and building strong partnerships with stakeholders.
• Have high level communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:  commencing at $3577.64 gross per fortnight.
