What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced officer to manage the ongoing availability and maintenance of council’s information technology environment.  This includes the current workstations, laptops, peripheral devices, servers, network and corporate systems.   If you have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the administration and support of a Windows IT environment along with analytical and problem solving skills please consider joining our team.

What you should have to apply:

  • Extensive relevant experience
  • Queensland Class “C” drivers’ licence

What’s nice to have:

  • AQF level 7 or above in Information Technology or an Information Technology field
  • Experience with VMWare technologies
  • Microsoft SQL experience
  • Microsoft 365 experience
  • Enterprise backup solutions experience
