1 x Permanent Full Time - 35 hours, 5 days per week

Salary: $63,403.73 to $69,276.38 pa + super

We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Information Technology team as a Mobility Support Specialist.

As the Mobility Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and IT support by resolving IT support requests as assigned. This role will involve the installation, maintenance and support of IT hardware and software across multiple Council sites with a focus on providing support for mobile smart devices across Council. You will also be required to assist with project work involving deadlines and milestones.

To be considered for this position you will need:

• Relevant formal qualifications in Information Technology such as a diploma in information technology, MCP, MCSE and/or industry experiences gained by practical application over a minimum of 2 years.
• Proven experience in supporting smart devices and utilising Mobile Device Management tools.
• Two years plus experience of practical hardware/software troubleshooting with Microsoft and Apple products

Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant.
