Project Manager



We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Construction and Assets Department to play a key role in the delivery of Council’s Annual Capital Works Program with an annual budget of $22M, with a further $20M in projects subject to external funding.

Reporting directly into the Coordinator of Design and Construction the position is responsible for developing detail designs and technical specifications for capital works, project management of construction works including procurement and contract supervision. You will also play a key role in providing advice and technical support for responses to customer requests and internal departments.

You will play a crucial role in delivering projects in a timely, cost effective manner whilst ensuring industry best practice and relevant acts and regulations are adhered to.  You will be supervising both capital works and construction projects along with managing contractors and sub-contractors.
