Learning & Development Advisor
The Perfect Opportunity
As the Learning & Development Advisor, you will deliver learning solutions by collaborating with our organisation to help PSC’s highly engaged culture continue to thrive.
Reporting to the Workplace Development Manager, you’ll:
- Partner with leaders and key stakeholders on prioritising knowledge, skills and behaviour needs to deliver learning solutions.
- Plan, design, deploy and facilitate engaging, insights-driven learning resources and solutions to build employee capability, enhance organisational outcomes and enable real-time access to development support.
- Utilise tools and systems to automate and streamline processes for delivering development to the organisation.
- Use data and insights to evaluate learning resources and programs to assess effectiveness, identify and implement necessary changes, and showcase the impact of learning approaches.
- Effectively manage and lead the Workplace Development Officer.
