What we are looking for:

Do you have experience and knowledge in civil construction, namely Road Marking?  Are you safety focused and willing to go the extra mile to create quality work?

The Primary responsibility for this role is to provide support to the Operations Supervisor and offer on-site supervision of the work team to produce high standard project outcomes for Council. As the Team Leader you will use your advanced skills to provide technical guidance and ensure the team is meeting the required levels of service.  This role has many varied responsibilities, relying on the successful candidate to have excellent decision making skills and the ability to motivate and coach staff.

What you should have to apply:

  • Certificate III (AQF Level 3 or above) in Civil Construction (Road Marking) or equivalent
  • Relevant work experience in Line Marking & Signage
  • General Induction Construction Card (Blue/White Card)
  • Queensland Class “C” drivers’ licence

What’s nice to have:

  • MR drivers’ licence
  • First Aid Certificate
