Senior Development Assessment Officer

The Opportunity
Council is searching for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Town Planner or a suitably experienced Town Planner looking to make the jump to a senior role! Therefore, forget about sitting in traffic for hours and paying for parking. It’s all about balance and in Goulburn, we believe in a great work-life balance. This is a fixed term, 18 month contract with the possibility of a further extension.
The Role
Be responsible for the assessment of a diverse range of development and other applications against relevant planning provisions and policies, and provide planning advice to the community and Council to realise development potential.
The Rewards
- Commencing salary between $84,380 - $94,967 per annum, plus 9.5% superannuation
